1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must not show signs of damage caused by use, mishandling, or improper care
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Earrings that have been worn or opened after delivery
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Gift cards, if applicable
If a product is not eligible for return, this will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase where applicable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely and shipped using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval
- Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund where appropriate.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the standard return process after delivery.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, style, or size (if applicable), we recommend requesting a return for the original item and placing a new order separately.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary
