We accept exchange requests for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

- The item must not show signs of damage caused by use, mishandling, or improper care

We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and product protection reasons, certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Earrings that have been worn or opened after delivery
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-exchangeable)
- Gift cards, if applicable
If a product is not eligible for exchange, this will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase where applicable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit where applicable.

5. Exchange Shipping Costs
Unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the exchange is approved, customers may also be responsible for any additional shipping charges related to sending the replacement item, unless otherwise stated by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Exchange Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your exchange request has been approved.
If approved:
- The replacement item will be processed and shipped based on availability
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

7. Price Differences
If the replacement item has a different price than the original item:
- If the replacement item costs more, you may be required to pay the price difference before shipment
- If the replacement item costs less, we may issue a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion
8. Alternative Option
If you prefer, you may return the eligible item under our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order separately for the desired product.
